[Ougon Musou Kyoku Cross] Patch 2.31, new OP released

The latest patch of Ougon Musou Kyoku Cross was released last night. The patch will upgrade the game from version 2.30 to 2.31. Most of the changes are balance adjustments.

A new opening movie was also released separately at the same time for optional manual patch (replace the file in the folder). It actually is the old one with images of 3 new characters (Willard, Lambdadelta, Bernkastel) added.

Official release notes
- Change to Rosa's HP
- Change to Black Battler's HP and Bernkastel's HP in Normal Mode
- Change to Lucifer's Stun parameter
- Bernkastel's backstep will not interupt Fragment charge
- Fix some typos in Arcade Mode
- Fix small bugs

Adjustments to these moves
- Rosa: 5C, 6C, 3C, vertical JC, JC, Golden Dream, Bullets From Maria
- Erika: Perfect Autospy
- Bernkastel: 5B, 6B, 5C, 2B, 2C, JC, Bite Off (upper & lower), Leviathan

J, the top OMK player, was quick to give details of the changes.
- Black Battler's HP from 2400 to 3000
- Erika's Meta Special damage increased 198
- Lucifer now has same Stun as Eva and Bernkastel (easy to get dizzy)

Bernkastel
- HP from 3000 to 3600
- B, 2B, 2C have hitbox increased (now have longer reach)
- Bernkastel's 6B cannot safe fall
- Bernkastel's cats have hitbox increased

Rosa
- HP from 4200 to 4500
- Close C and far C have hitbox increased
- 3C damage increased 30, hitbox increased (longer reach)
- JC damage increased 18
